Carolina Garcia

Carolina discovered Yoga during the Covid-19 lockdown in 2020. Since all the local gyms and studios were closed, she then opted to practice a low impact exercise at home. Yoga helped her to release stress during those difficult times.

At the beginning of 2022, Carolina enrolled in a 200 hour Yoga Teacher training with her first teacher, Vimala, with the intention to deepen her personal practice. After just the first week, she realized that the physical practice was only one of the eight limbs of Yoga and that the combination of all eight (Ethical standards, self- discipline, body postures, breathing and meditation) will make a beautiful and more connected practice.  Her transformation was not only physical, stronger and more flexible, but also spiritual. 

Carolina’s classes are focused on the balance between strength, flexibility and breathing techniques. She seeks to help others to deepen their practice, nurture their bodies and souls.
