SCHOOL OF HATHA YOGA
This is an 11-week, 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at the beautiful Ananda Ashram, here in Monroe, NY. Throughout this training, you will gain an in-depth understanding of Yoga. You will learn the Asanas (poses) and how to lead skillful and intelligently sequenced classes. In addition to studying asana, we will cover the fundamental elements of the eight-limbed science of Yoga. Lunch is included in the training along with tea and refreshments during our morning breaks. Saturday and Sunday morning fire ceremony and meditation will also be included in the training.
