Dina’s Vinyasa yoga classes are designed to flow and help students condition, strengthen, align, andembody a true sense of pleasure through the meditative and energizing effects of combining breath with movement. Set to groovy playlists, Dina’s classes inspire students to realize and unearth their full potential on the yoga mat and in life. Dina received her 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Vida in NYC, but she truly draws much of her creativity and knowledge from her 27 years as a student of yoga, under the tutelage of all the brilliant Teachers who have led her along the way. Dina is also a NY/NJ Trail Conference Volunteer Maintainer in Harriman State Park, Avid Hiker, Actress, Arts Educator and Account Executive for The Photo News. Hence, why she needs yoga.
