Elizabeth has been practicing yoga for more than twenty years.  One day she decided to practice yoga every day for a month and found this experience to be very transformative and grounding; she continues with this practice because she experiences so many benefits.  Elizabeth’s genuine love of yoga created a desire to learn and understand more about yoga.  Elizabeth discovered the Ananda Ashram when she joined a weekend yoga retreat, and she was in awe of it and its beauty.  She participated in the Yoga Teacher Training program at Ananda and is a RYT 200-hour teacher certified by Yoga Alliance.  Elizabeth practices all types of yoga, but her favorites are Gentle Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Yin Yoga.
