Jenny (Jivani) Meyer shares her time between Ananda Ashram and Provincetown, MA, and is an adjunct professor of Yoga at Long Island University in Brooklyn. She was certified to teach by the Jivamukti Yoga School in 2000. An avid student of Sanskrit, she has been studying with Bharati Devi at the ashram for many years. Jivani incorporates the sounds of Sanskrit into her classes, which are gentle yet challenging at the same time.
